I first started teaching continuing education for Realtors in the 1990’s for Bucks County Community College. I realized how fulfilling it is to educate my peers. I made new relationships with many of the students that continue to this day.

Being a broker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and being in the real estate business for over three decades I have many experiences that I can pass along to my students to help them understand and remember the curriculum. Teaching the 75 hour licensing course is fun and enjoyable to me and a challenge to my students but we try to engage them. I’m so proud when they inform me that they passed the state exam and are now licensed. Now they can start their new vocation and have a "life worth living and a career worth having".

I love teaching about Real Estate. As a full time Realtor for over 20 years, I have a plethora of stories and experiences that I get to share with a room full of eager future Realtors. I have received Real Estate awards and accolades, including the Platinum Award with over $21,000,000 in sales for being the #1 team, but teaching provides me with countless learning opportunities and challenges me on a regular basis.

What could be better than to have a job that you are passionate about and then an outlet to share your experiences? Its not the easiest course to take and requires 75 hours of classroom studies but our students have told us that we make it fun, interesting and help them remember by sharing our true life situations. I love asking questions and having everyone eagerly answer showing how engaged they are in the course.
